PowerSecure Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2010 Results

PowerSecure International, Inc. POWR today reported its fourth quarter and full year 2010 results.

For the fourth quarter of fiscal 2010, the Company's GAAP revenues were $21.0 million, diluted E.P.S. from continuing operations was ($0.03), and diluted E.P.S. was $0.02.

For the full fiscal year 2010, the Company's GAAP revenues were $97.5 million, diluted E.P.S. from continuing operations was $0.05, and diluted E.P.S. (including Southern Flow's discontinued operations results) was $0.19.
