Natural Resource Partners Secondary Offering Priced at $35.60 per Unit

Natural Resource Partners L.P. NRP today announced the pricing of a secondary public offering of 6 million common units owned by Adena Minerals. The public offering price is $35.60 per unit.

The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 900,000 additional common units from Adena Minerals.
