Banco Santander Chile Establishes a Medium Term Note Program for US$5.5 Billion

Banco Santander Chile SAN announced today that it has established a US$5.5 billion Medium Term Notes Program. Under this program, Banco Santander Chile will be able to issue medium term notes, which may be issued on a subordinated or unsubordinated basis. The notes will be denominated in any currency agreed between the Issuer and the relevant Dealers.
