IPC The Hospitalist Company, Inc. IPCM announced today that it has acquired Mid-Michigan Hospitalist Group, PC. Headquartered in Grand Blanc, Michigan, a suburb of Flint, the acquisition of this acute care practice represents a further expansion for IPC in the Michigan market, where the company already has an established presence. Mid-Michigan Hospitalist Group has an annualized volume of approximately 20,000 patient encounters.
