James River Coal Company Secondary Offering Priced at $23.50 per Share

James River Coal Company JRCC announced today the pricing of its public offering of 6,650,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $23.50 per share. The Company also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 997,500 shares of Common Stock solely to cover over-allotments, if any.
