Acacia Research Corporation Announces Completion of Public Equity Offering

Acacia Research Corporation ACTG announced today the completion of its underwritten public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock on March 25, 2011, at a price to the public of $31.50 per share. The Company also granted Barclays Capital a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of common stock to cover overallotments, if any. Settlement is expected to occur on or about March 30, 2011.
