Henry Schein Acquires Alpha Scientific

Henry Schein, Inc. HSIC today announced it has strengthened its presence in the State of California with the acquisition of Alpha Scientific, Inc. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Henry Schein expects this transaction to be neutral to the Company's 2011 diluted EPS.
