Omega Increases Dividend by $0.01 to $0.38

Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. OHI today announced the Company's Board of Directors declared a common stock dividend of $0.38 per share, increasing the quarterly common dividend by $0.01 per share over the prior quarter. The Company's Board of Directors also announced the date of the Company's Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
