CIT Announces Lifting of Cease and Desist Orders on CIT Bank (CIT)

CIT Group CIT today announced that the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Utah Department of Financial Institutions terminated their Cease and Desist orders on CIT Bank that were jointly issued on July 16, 2009.
