Targa Resources Corp. Prices Secondary Offering at $31.73 per Share

Targa Resources Corp. TRGP, the owner of the general partner of Targa Resources Partners LP NGLS, announced today that it has priced a secondary offering of 5,650,000 shares of its common stock at $31.73 per share. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 847,500 shares of common stock. The offering is expected to close on or about April 26, 2011.
