TradeStation Group to be Acquired by Monex Group (TRAD)

TradeStation Group, Inc. TRAD and Monex Group, today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which a subsidiary of Monex will acquire all the outstanding common stock of TradeStation for $9.75 per share, or approximately $411 million in aggregate, through a cash tender offer followed by a merger.
