Shares of Cubist Pharmaceuticals (CBST) have risen around 16% after the company settled its patent litigation with Teva Pharmaceuticals TEVA and granted that company the right to sell a generic version of its Cubicin drug in the U.S.
Questcor Pharmaceuticals (QCOR) has surged around 22% to $18.25 after the company provided investors a preliminary business update for the first quarter yesterday.
Diamond Foods (DMND) has added around 9% to $62.32 after the company agreed to buy the Pringles snack business from Proctor & Gamble PG
