Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP Files Class Action Suit Against Office Depot

Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd today announced that a class action has been commenced in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida on behalf of purchasers of the common stock and other securities of Office Depot, Inc ODP between July 27, 2010 and March 31, 2011, inclusive, seeking to pursue remedies under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The complaint charges Office Depot and certain of its officers and executives with violations of the Exchange Act. Office Depot is a global supplier of office products and services. The Company sells its products and services to consumers and businesses through three business segments: North American Retail Division, North American Business Solutions Division and International Division.
