Deutsche Boerse And NYSE Euronext Agree To January 17 Terms (NYX, NDAQ, ICE, CME)

Today, Germany's Deutsche Boerse and NYSE Euronext NYX have agreed on January 17, 2011 terms. The NASDAQ Exchange NDAQ and the Intercontinental Exchange ICE have previously made a bid at a premium to Deutsche Boerse's bid for NYSE Euronext. Both bids for NYSE Euronext are pending final approval.
