Procter & Gamble Announces Voluntary Recall of Ten Clairol Natural Instincts Shades

The Procter & Gamble Company PG today announced it is conducting a voluntary recall of ten shades of Clairol Natural Instincts in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. The company said it is taking the step due to a mismatched ColorFresh!™ Revitalizer sachet in the kits that may create an unwanted color result.
