Investment Technology Group, Inc. ITG today announced that March 2011 US trading volume was 4.1 billion shares and average daily volume (ADV) was 178 million shares. This compares to 3.6 billion shares and ADV of 187 million shares in February 2011 and 3.7 billion shares and ADV of 162 million shares in March 2010.
