Markets Weaker Into Alcoa's Earnings (AA, SPY, DIA, QQQ)

The broader markets are selling off here with about 15 minutes left to go in Monday trading, as oil prices fall more than $2 per barrel. Traders will be watching Alcoa's AA earnings release after the bell today, as it's the official start of earnings season. At last check, the Dow was off 10 points, the Nasdaq was lower by 14 points, and the S&P was off 5 points. All three major index ETFs were also lower going into the last 15 minutes of trading.
