Vornado to Sell an Additional $20 Million of Series J Preferred Shares

Vornado VNO announced today that it has agreed to sell an additional $20 million of its Series J Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares. A prospectus supplement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to this transaction.
