Elbit Imaging Terminates Standby Equity Purchase Agreement With Yorkville

Elbit Imaging Ltd. EMITF announced today that the Standby Equity Purchase Agreement dated March 25, 2011 between Elbit and YA Global Master SPV Ltd. was terminated by mutual consent.
