Lilly Declares Third-Quarter 2011 Dividend of $0.49/Share

The board of directors of Eli Lilly and Company LLY today declared a dividend for the third quarter of 2011 of $0.49 a share on outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable September 9, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 15, 2011.
