Oracle Buys FatWire Software; Terms Not Disclosed

Oracle ORCL today announced that it is has entered into an agreement to acquire FatWire Software . The transaction is expected to close mid-year 2011. Until the deal closes, each company will continue to operate independently. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
