Cablevision Systems Subsidiary, AMC Networks, Announces Pricing of $700M of Senior Notes

AMC Networks Inc., a subsidiary of Cablevision Systems Corporation CVC, today announced that it has priced an offering of $700 million in aggregate principal amount of 7.75% Senior Notes due 2021. The offering is expected to close on June 30, 2011, subject to customary closing conditions. The senior notes offering is in connection with the previously announced leveraged spin-off of AMC Networks by Cablevision.
