Riverside Partners' Portfolio Company, Alteris Renewables, to Merge with Real Goods Solar

Riverside Partners to announces that its portfolio company, Earth Friendly Energy Group Holdings, LLC, d/b/a Alteris Renewables, Inc. and Real Goods Solar, Inc. RSOL have entered into a definitive merger agreement to create a multi-state solar integration powerhouse. During the twelve months following the merger the combined companies expect to report revenue approaching $200 million.
