Visa Inc. to Provide Business Update on July 6, 2011

Visa Inc. V today announced that it will update its financial outlook for fiscal year 2011 and select metrics for fiscal year 2012 in a Form 8-K to be filed on July 6, 2011 after market close. Today's announcement follows the commitment management made in its last earnings call to update aspects of its financial expectations once the timing of final rules from the Federal Reserve was made known. Those rules are expected to be formally proposed on June 29, 2011. Visa's executive management team will then host a brief conference call beginning at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss its initial views of the Fed rules and any resulting impacts to its business.
