Panasonic To Lower Sanyo Staff: Report

According to Japanese business daily Nikkei, Panasonic Corp PC announced its plans to lower its subsidiary Sanyo Electric Co's workforce by more than 10,000 employees at home and abroad this year. PC shares dropped 0.43% to close at $11.70 yesterday.
