President Obama Speaking At Alcoa Plant, Stock Up Nearly 2%

President Obama is speaking today at a Alcoa Inc. AA plant, and the stock is moving higher today, up nearly 2% on the session. According to CBS News White House Correspondent Mark Knoller, Obama is at an Alcoa plant where laid off workers came back to the plant, as well as additional workers. He is saying that a strong manufacturing sector is in the best interest in the country. "We got to make things right here in America," Obama is quoted as saying. At last check, shares of Alcoa were up 28 cents to $15.56, a gain of 1.8%
