Honda Reports 29.9% Drop In June China Car Sales

Honda Motor Co Ltd HMC posted a 29.9% fall in its automobile sales in China in June. Honda's sales in China dropped to 35,105 units in June. However, its sales in the first half of this year declined 12.3% y/y to 271,369 units. The company sold 646,631 units in China last year. HMC shares gained 1.21% to close at $39.41 yesterday.
