PolyOne Announces Quarterly Dividend of $0.04/Share

PolyOne POL Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share on the common stock outstanding, to be paid on October 7, 2011, to stockholders of record on September 15, 2011.
