Genesis Energy Announces Public Offering of 6.85M Common Units

today announced the commencement of a registered underwritten public offering of 6,850,000 common units representing limited partner interests. In addition, certain selling unitholders are collectively offering 1,150,000 common units representing limited partner interests. The underwriters are expected to be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 800,000 additional common units from us and 400,000 additional common units from the selling unitholders.
