VIST Financial Announces Filing of Form S-1 for $30M of Common Stock

VIST Financial Corp. VIST announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission registering $30 million of its common stock for a proposed underwritten public offering. The number of shares to be offered and the timing of the offering have not yet been determined. Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated will act as book runner for the offering, and Sandler & O'Neill + Partners will be co-manager for the offering.
