FLIR Systems Lowers 2011 Revenue Guidance to $1.6-1.65B vs. $1.7-1.75B Prior

FLIR Systems, Inc. FLIR is reducing its outlook for revenue and earnings per share for the full year 2011. Management currently expects revenue for 2011 to be in the range of $1.6 billion to $1.65 billion and net earnings to be in the range of $1.33 to $1.38 per diluted share, or $1.50 to $1.55 per diluted share excluding the net after tax impact of the litigation settlement and related expenses. This compares to the prior outlook of $1.7 billion to $1.75 billion in revenue and $1.70 to $1.75 in earnings per diluted share for the full year 2011.
