MTR Gaming Group Announces Extension of Consent Date for Tender Offers and Consent Solicitations

MTR Gaming Group, Inc. MNTG today announced that it is extending the consent time for its previously announced Tender Offers and Consent Solicitations (as defined below) from 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Thursday, July 28, 2011. The Tender Offers are scheduled to expire at 11:59 p.m., New York City time, on August 3, 2011, unless extended or earlier terminated by the Company. As previously announced, on July 7, 2011, the Company commenced cash tender offers and consent solicitations for any and all of outstanding (i) 9% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2012 issued by the Company and (ii) 12.625% Senior Secured Notes due 2014 issued by the Company.
