KBR KBR today announced it was awarded a contract by Lihuayi Weiyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. to license its phenol technology for Lihuayi's grassroots, 220,000 tons per annum Phenol/Acetone plant in Lijin County, Shandong Province, China.
