AmTrust Financial Increases Quarterly Dividend by 12.5% to $0.09

AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. AFSI today announced that its Board of Directors approved a 12.5% increase in the common stock quarterly cash dividend, raising it from $0.08 to $0.09 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on October 17, 2011 to shareholders of record as of October 3, 2011.
