BluePhoenix Solutions BPHX earlier today announced that Arik Kilman has decided to resign from his position as Chief Executive Officer, effective December 31, 2011 in order to pursue other business interests. Mr. Kilman has served as CEO from 2003 until 2008 and returned to his position as CEO in 2010.
The Board will conduct a search for a successor.
