JMP Group Increases Quarterly Dividend by 20% to $0.03

JMP Group Inc. JMP announced today that its board of directors has voted to increase the company's cash dividend to $0.030 per share for the second quarter of 2011, an increase of 20% from the $0.025 paid for the prior quarter. The dividend will be paid on Friday, September 2, 2011 to common stockholders of record as of Friday, August 19, 2011.
