Apple's Cloud Movie Service Not Ready for Launch

Last week's rumors about a cloud movie service that would enable iTunes users to stream movies from Apple AAPL servers and later download them to various devices, are premature at best, according to a report from CNET. Apple has still not signed agreements for feature films with at least four of the top six film studios, and negotiations could drag on for months before the company acquires cloud rights from all six film studios, according to sources.
