Baker Names Michael Zugay Chief Administrative Officer

Michael Baker Corporation BKR announced today the appointment of Michael J. Zugay, CPA, as chief administrative officer. He will add these responsibilities to his current position of executive vice president and chief financial officer of the Company. In this additional role, he will be responsible for managing and controlling all corporate costs.
