Delta Natural Gas Co Raises Qtrly Dividend To $0.35 From $0.34

The board of directors of Delta Natural Gas Company, Inc. DGAS at a meeting held August 19, 2011, authorized a quarterly stock dividend of thirty-five cents ($.35) per share to be paid September 15, 2011 to all common shareholders of record as of September 1, 2011.
