HP Adds Pre 3 to WebOS Bargain Bin

Just two days after slashing prices on their two TouchPad models, Hewlett-Packard HPQ announces they are deeply discounting the Pre 3 phone, which also runs on WebOS. Originally available for around $500 in the UK and France, the phones will now sell for $75, contract free. For now, the phones will only be available in Europe, though imports may find their way to the U.S.
