Fuel Tech Announces Share Repurchase Program

Fuel Tech, Inc. FTEK, today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $6 million dollars of its outstanding common shares through December 31, 2012. The share repurchase program will be funded through the Company's existing cash.
