CDI Corp. Names Robert M. Larney Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

CDI Corp. CDI today announced that Robert M. Larney has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer effective August 30, 2011. Larney, a certified public accountant, replaces Mark Kerschner who is leaving the Company to pursue other opportunities. Kerschner joined CDI in 2005 as executive vice president and chief financial officer. "Bob has significant experience managing global financial operations, as well as helping lead companies through strategic change," CDI President and Chief Executive Officer Paulett Eberhart said. "His technical expertise in all areas of public company financial management is deep and his focus on optimizing resources to produce growth is well-aligned with CDI's direction."
