BDC) announces the planned retirement of Gray G. Benoist, Sr. Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. H.P.C. "Henk" Derksen will be Mr. Benoist's successor and become Belden's Chief Financial Officer effective January 1, 2012.
