K12 Inc. LRN yesterday announced that on June 28, 2012, the Board of Directors of K12 Inc. appointed Nathaniel A. Davis as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Davis has been an independent member of the Board since 2009, is a member of the Audit Committee, and has served as Chairman of the Compensation Committee for the past year.
