Level 3 Selected to Provide High Speed IP and Transport Services for Rio Network's First Data Center

Level 3 Communications, Inc. LVLT today announced it has signed an agreement with Rio Networks, an Oregon-based business telecommunications company (CLEC), to provide high-speed Internet protocol (HSIP) and transport services for the company's newly-built data center.
