Last week, several companies introduced a number of "table tablets" that are roughly double the size of a traditional 10-inch tablet. One of them, a concept from Panasonic PC, even featured an Ultra HD 4K display.
Their intriguing creations were only marred by the simple fact that these tablets may be too large and too heavy to comfortably carry from place to place.
Tesla TSLA has another idea. Instead of building a large device that must be lugged around the house, it has decided to replace the dashboard with an enormous, Apple AAPL iPad-inspired display.
This gorgeous display is housed inside of the company's upcoming Model X, which will have its first public showing at the 2013 North American International Auto Show.
