Standard & Poors to Add Facebook to S&P 100, 500, Replacing Teradyne

Facebook FB shares have rallied more than 4 percent in Wednesday's post-market session following news the stock will finally be added to the illustrious S&P 500. In addition to the index of 500 stocks, Facebook will be added to the S&P 100. Facebook will be replacing shares of Teradyne TER in the S&P 500 and shares of Williams Cos. WMB in the S&P 100. Teradyne Will be replacing Scholastic SCHL in the S&P MidCap 400 while Scholastic will be replacing Lincoln Education LINC in the SmallCap 600.
