Morning Market Losers

Lululemon Athletica LULU shares tumbled 14.79% to $37.75 after the company issued a weak forecast. Lululemon also announced the retirement of its CFO John Currie. The company reported better-than-expected first-quarter results and also announced a $450 million share buyback program. Wave Systems WAVX shares declined 19.16% to $1.73 after the company announced its plans to sell 5.2 million shares at $1.90 per share. Organovo Holdings ONVO tumbled 8.79% to $6.64 after the company reported a Q4 loss of $0.26 per share. Vitesse Semiconductor VTSS declined 8.51% to $3.50 after the company priced 7.462 million shares at $3.35 per share. Ariad Pharmaceuticals ARIA dropped 5.97% to $6.60 after the company announced a proposed $175 million offering of convertible senior notes due 2019. PBF Energy PBF shares declined 4.68% to $29.92 after the company priced a 18 million share offering for $540 million proceeds. Exelon EXC fell 1.96% to $35.05 after the company priced 50 million shares and 20 million equity units. Exelon priced 50 million share offering at $35 per share.
