Ceragon Networks CRNT fell 12.86% to $2.10 after the company reported Q2 results and announced a public offering of its ordinary shares. QAD QADB dropped 7.89% to $15.06. QAD is expected to report FQ2 financial results on August 26, 2014. Armstrong World Industries AWI shares declined 7.26% to $51.35 after the company reported weaker-than-expected Q2 results and lowered its FY14 forecast. The Dixie Group DXYN shares dropped 6.09% to $8.33 after the company reported downbeat Q2 earnings. Sohu.com SOHU shares fell 2.67% to $55.87 after the company posted a loss in the second quarter. The company posted a quarterly loss of $45 million, or $1.16 per share, versus a loss of $69 million in the earlier quarter. Non-GAAP net loss came in at US$0.88 loss per share.
