Helen of Troy HELE dropped 10.89% to $52.71 after the company cut its earnings forecast for fiscal 2015 citing recent weakness in retailing. Capital Product Partners LP CPLP shares fell 7.85% to $10.10 after the company prices 15 million units at $10.53 per unit. Clovis Oncology CLVS shares declined 6.87% to $44.98 after the company announced its plans to offer $200 million of convertible senior notes. Ellington Financial LLC EFC dropped 3.94% to $23.63 after the company priced 8 million shares at $23.92 per share. Guidewire Software GWRE shares tumbled 1.59% to $45.09 after the company issued a weak FY15 forecast. However, the company reported stronger-than-expected fiscal fourth-quarter results. Frontier Communications FTR shares declined 1.33% to $6.70. Morgan Stanley downgraded Frontier Communications from Equal-weight to Underweight.
